Fire 'n' Ice Sports Arena reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises who violates these rules or engages in behavior that endangers others.

3. Assumption of Risk

Participation in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. By using our facilities or participating in any programs, activities, leagues, or events, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.

Participants may be required to sign a separate waiver and release of liability form before engaging in certain activities. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of participants under the age of 18.

4. Membership Terms

  • Eligibility: Memberships are available to individuals who meet the age and eligibility requirements for the specific membership type.

  • Photography and Recording: Fire 'n' Ice Sports Arena may photograph or record events and tournaments for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. By participating, you consent to such recording unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
