Troy Mick is a former NHL draft pick and veteran hockey executive with over 30 years of experience in player development, coaching, and hockey operations. Drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins, he built a standout junior career in the WHL before transitioning into coaching and leadership roles across North America. He has led programs at the AAA, junior, and academy levels, most recently overseeing a Wenatchee Wild AAA platform. At SSS Phoenix Academy, he leads all hockey operations, player development, and program growth.

Russ Naumenko is a veteran sports operations leader and hockey director with extensive experience in facility management, program development, and elite player pathways. He currently serves as Hockey Director for the Chicago Bulldogs and General Manager of Heartland Ice Arena. With nearly a decade at the Chicago Young Americans Tier I AAA program, he brings deep expertise in building structured, scalable systems across coaching, development, and operations.

Brad Priest is an experienced operations and facilities leader with a strong background in managing complex sports and multi-use environments. He brings expertise in day-to-day facility operations, vendor coordination, staffing, and event readiness. At Fire 'n' Ice Arena, he ensures the facility operates at the highest standard across all departments and programs.

Robert Eaton is the original visionary behind the Fire 'n' Ice Arena concept and a long-time advocate for hockey and multi-sport development in the Phoenix community. As a key figure in bringing the project to life, he remains actively involved with a focus on special events, community programming, and building lasting relationships across the Phoenix sports landscape.

Kent A. Krestan is a Phoenix-based hospitality and restaurant professional with extensive experience in food and beverage operations, guest experience, and venue-based service environments. He leads all food and beverage operations across Fire 'n' Ice Arena, including restaurants, concessions, bars, and event-based catering.

Cameron Tevis is a marketing and brand strategy professional with experience in developing and executing campaigns across sports, events, and multi-use venues. He leads all marketing, branding, and promotional strategy for Fire 'n' Ice Arena, responsible for driving audience growth, event promotion, sponsorship support, and digital presence.

Nicole Dabney is an experienced human resources and administrative leader with a strong background in organizational management, employee relations, and operational support. She leads all HR, staffing, compliance, and administrative functions, and serves as the primary contact for general inquiries at Fire 'n' Ice Arena.

Jessica Romeo is an administrative and finance professional with experience in accounting, back-office operations, and executive support. She oversees accounting support, back-office functions, and executive coordination for the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
